Location

Helsinki studio – mainly on-site, with some remote flexibility per company practices.

Lead Designer (Senior-Level)

Requirements

Expert-level experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
Minimum of 5 years strategy experience at an agency, in-house, or as a freelancer.
Fluency in both Finnish and English, exceptional communication skills in both.
Demonstrable ability to lead successful design and creative work.
A strong portfolio of work showcasing your design and creative leadership.

We're now looking for a senior-level lead designer to join our Helsinki studio, working across all our locations.

You have the skills to conceptualize, design, and craft compelling brand identities and concepts, packaging, and digital experiences. You think strategically and create idea-driven work that is simple, strong, and commercially effective.

In this role, you'll lead multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with our brand strategists, creative directors, and fellow designers.

Your responsibilities

You lead and oversee projects, acting as a core team member.
You drive concept development, generate bold ideas, and craft design solutions.
You set creative direction and guide teams in executing design solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
You brief and oversee other designers, freelancers, illustrators, and photographers.
You prepare and lead client presentations, articulating design rationale and strategic choices.
You collaborate closely with clients, integrating feedback and building trust-based relationships.
You play a key role in pitch teams, helping to develop winning concepts and secure new business.

Experience in marketing concept development, advertising and storytelling.
Motion graphics and animation skills.

Proven ability to lead successful design work, ensuring strategic alignment and outstanding execution.
Fluency in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.
Experience integrating AI tools into your creative workflow, leveraging them to enhance ideation, efficiency, and execution.
Confidence in client-facing roles, from collaboration to pitching and presenting.
