The workday is more or less eight hours. Imagine if your team's hours would blend seamlessly together, falling into rhythm of routine while leaving room to breathe and notice the growth of both people and business. The kind of progress that truly matters.

Behind every report and number, there's a story of a work well done and well-earned leisure time to balance the progress. It's about the equilibrium between responsibility and freedom - something more important than hours.

Otta, derived from swedish work “Åtta”, eight and written how it’s pronounced – brings work and workers, goals and results into the same space and creates a new culture of routined working hours: Otta is enough.

Otta, written how eight (Åtta) is pronounced in Finland’s second official language Swedish.

The wordmark

The Otta logo system plays with the nature of time in two complementary forms. The wordmark 'Otta' references the Swedish word 'åtta' (eight), conveying precision and structure. The symbolic 'O' transforms into a modern sundial, representing the fluid movement of time and natural workflow rhythms. Together, they reflect Otta's approach to smart time management
